This unit applies to a range of personal trustee functions.

This unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to determine entitlement to an intestate estate, including intestate succession, establish the identity of the next of kin and prove family entitlements.

No licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of endorsement.

Method of assessment

Assessment Tasks
